Our Provider
Dr. Jennifer Fleigelman is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is a WorldLinked trained hormone replacement specialist and is passionate about teaching and empowering patients to feel and live their best life. Her practice is research and evidence based. She has experience in academia, trauma, the emergency room, family practice, infectious disease, sexual assault care, and as a nurse paralegal.
Amare Family Health was created to provide a more personal and accessible healthcare experience. Our direct-access model allows us to focus on meaningful patient relationships, longer visits, preventive care, hormone optimization, and whole-person wellness without the limitations often seen in traditional insurance-based practices.
