Concierge Primary Care
Non-Member Visit
This 30-minute focused visit is designed to address new or worsening symptoms such as cough, congestion, sore throat, or other acute health concerns. Appointments are available by request, seven days a week, offering convenient access to timely, personalized care when you're not feeling your best. Insurance can be utilized for testing or medication if needed (not included).
Concierge Membership
Your concierge primary care membership is all about ACCESS. You no longer have to wait 3 months to get an appointment or wait days to get a call back from your provider. This membership includes unlimited in-person or virtual visits, priority scheduling, annual physical with labs, and direct access to your provider via email/phone/text as needed. Additional labs/tests/medications are extra. Each additional family member is $25.
BHRT
Subscription for Young Women
A subscription-based hormone therapy plan for Premenopausal or PCOS women, now known as PMOS (polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome), that includes comprehensive blood work, personalized basic prescriptions (progesterone and thyroid replacement—if applicable), and unlimited office visits related to hormone care. Pay monthly with no insurance billing. Medications and labs are included. Additional medications for symptom management may be additional. This membership INCLUDES primary care.
Subscription for Women
A subscription-based hormone therapy plan for Perimenopausal or Menopausal women that includes comprehensive blood work, personalized basic prescriptions (estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid replacement—if applicable), and unlimited office visits related to hormone care. Pay monthly with no insurance billing. Medications and labs are included. Additional medications for symptom management may be additional. This membership offers a discount if primary care is added ($50 extra).
Subscription for Men
A subscription-based hormone therapy plan that includes comprehensive blood work, personalized basic prescriptions (testosterone, thyroid, estradiol replacement—if applicable), and unlimited office visits related to hormone care. Pay monthly with no insurance billing. Medications and labs are included. Additional medications for symptom management may be additional. This membership offers a discount if primary care is added ($50 extra). We also are happy to offer couple/family discounts.
Medical Weight Loss
Semaglutide
A subscription-based medical weight loss program that includes high-quality compounded weekly injectable semaglutide formulated with Vitamin B12 for better absorption and symptom management. This program also includes a monthly nutrition program offering practical tips and tools that are evidenced based to assist you in your weight loss journey. Pricing is dose related. This membership offers a discount when paired with a BHRT package.
Tirzepatide
A subscription-based medical weight loss program that includes high-quality compounded weekly injectable tirzepatide formulated with L-carnitine, a co-factor for fatty acid oxidation, which can further increase weight loss.
