Appointments are available by request, seven days a week, offering convenient access to timely, personalized care when you're not feeling your best. Insurance can be utilized for testing or medication if needed (not included).
Concierge
Your concierge primary care membership is all about ACCESS. It includes unlimited monthly sick and well visits with either same day or next day appointments and access to your provider via email/phone/text as needed. This VIP package offers flexible, personalized care that fits your schedule. Only a limited number of memberships are available.

Subscription for Young Women
A subscription-based hormone therapy plan for Premenopausal or PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) women that includes comprehensive blood work, personalized basic prescriptions (progesterone and thyroid replacement—if applicable), and unlimited office visits related to hormone care. Pay monthly with no insurance billing. Medications and labs are included. This tier is focused solely on BHRT and does not include general primary care. Pay monthly with no insurance billing. Medications and labs are included. This tier is focused solely on BHRT and does not include general primary care. Additional medications for symptom management may be additional.
